Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
To access the full features of the shewin Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the shewin Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. shewin reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated Funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your shewin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. shewin will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify shewin immediately at the contact details provided in Section 16.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by shewin may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
shewin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based users: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at shewin's discretion.
All transactions on the shewin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). shewin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by you through your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. shewin reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Users may also set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their Account settings.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. shewin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. shewin reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by shewin are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
shewin actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet Wagering Requirements, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and permanent Account closure.
shewin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. shewin also reserves the right to exclude any user from participating in a specific promotion at its sole discretion.
All bets placed on the shewin Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or bet type.
shewin reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the user's Account.
All game outcomes on the shewin Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. shewin does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the shewin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the shewin Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. shewin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude shewin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
shewin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if shewin reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting shewin's support team. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided there are no outstanding investigations or disputes.
Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the shewin Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting shewin's support team. shewin will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
shewin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, shewin will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the shewin Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
